Yes. You can eat these right out of the package.

As long as they are kept dry, they will last up to one year. If you are in a humid area, make sure you keep them in a sealed container. Humidity is the enemy. As with many foods, refrigeration will extend shelf life.

Soon after the scorpion dies the scorpion poison becomes inert. It’s safe to eat frozen, dried, fried or baked scorpions. The only ones you need to worry about are living or freshly killed.
